1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Husch AI LLC ("Husch", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of husch.ai and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Husch aggregates and surfaces third-party retailer deals, tracks historical prices, and provides an AI-assisted deal score intended as a general indicator of deal quality. Husch does not sell products directly — all purchases are completed on the third-party retailer's website, subject to that retailer's own terms, pricing, and policies. The Service is in early access; features described on husch.ai may be planned, may change, or may never be released, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Husch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand, and all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Accounts and the waitlist
- You must provide accurate information (including a valid email address) to create an account or join the waitlist.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or fraud risk.
4. No warranty on deal accuracy or pricing
Deal prices, discounts, availability, and product information are sourced from third-party retailers and may change at any time without notice, including between the time a deal is shown on Husch and the time you complete a purchase on the retailer's site. Husch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, discount percentage, availability status, price-history chart, or AI-generated deal score. Always verify the final price and terms on the retailer's website before purchasing.
Price alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, inaccurate, or missed entirely due to retailer changes, technical issues, or factors outside our control. Do not rely on Husch as your sole source of pricing information for a purchasing decision.
5. Affiliate relationships
Husch participates in, or is applying to, affiliate marketing programs and networks, and may earn a commission when you click through to and purchase from a retailer via a link on the Service. This does not increase the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details. Our current approach is that deal rankings and AI scores are determined by savings and deal quality signals, not by which link pays us the highest commission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated means (scraping, bots) to access the Service except as permitted by our robots.txt or with prior written consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Service's infrastructure.
- Attempt to circumvent affiliate attribution or fraudulently generate clicks/purchases.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software (but excluding third-party retailer content and trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners), is owned by Husch and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
8. Third-party links and content
The Service contains links to third-party retailer websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, pricing, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with retailers, including any purchase, are solely between you and that retailer.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUSCH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PURCHASE MADE ON A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Husch harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11) will survive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, via additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts (or arbitration forum, if applicable) located in Pinellas County, Florida.
